Shipping policy

We pack and ship orders within 1–3 business days. After that, your package is in USPS's hands, not ours. We can't control their timeline, so once it's shipped, delays, hiccups, or lost packages are between you and them. That said, if something feels off, hit us up — we'll always help where we can, we just can't make USPS move any faster than USPS moves.
