As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items. All sales are final.

If your item arrives defective, we're happy to help! Please reach out to us at piercingsoverboys@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, and include a photo of the issue along with your order number so we can take care of you as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Orders are shipped out within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Once your package is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for any shipping delays, lost packages, or issues that occur during transit. That said, if something goes wrong with your shipment, please reach out — we'll always do our best to help however we can.

How do I know what size to order?

Sizing information is available on product pages, where you'll find a full size chart with measurements to help you choose the right fit.

What if I'm not sure about sizing?

Since all items are final sale, we want to make sure you order the right size the first time! If you have any questions at all about sizing or measurements, please email us atpiercingsoverboys@gmail.combefore placing your order — we're happy to help.

Can I return or exchange my item if it does not fit?

Unfortunately, no — all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. This is why we encourage checking the size chart and reaching out with any questions beforehand.

My item came damaged or defective, what do I do?

Email us at piercingsoverboys@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll help sort it out.

How do I wash my item?

To help your screen print last as long as possible, we recommend washing on a delicate/gentle cycle with cold water, turned inside out. Hang dry— avoid the dryer, as high heat can cause the print to crack or peel over time. Avoid ironing directly on the design.
